It is definitely worth investing in your current customers in order to grow your business. Not only does that mean you’re offering a higher quality of product/service to them, but it means they will be more likely to refer you.

To take that referral idea a little further, and give your customers even more reasons to refer you, I recommend starting a referral bonus on any subscription service you offer.
